Strip PVC doors - Traluflex
The flexible strip closure is an excellent solution with a high quality/price ratio to separate multiple rooms inside or outside a building.
This solution grants the maximum luminosity in the room and is easy to install (wall or ceiling); it’s ideal for isolating an area from the hygienic point of view and acoustic insulation, and to ensure energy saving. It’s often used in the food industry to divide the rooms, to keep away parasite and maintain good hygienic conditions.
The strip door consists from the overlap of extruded flexible PVC strips, available in different widths, thickness and types as:
- transparent clear standard, which allows unlimited transit and an optimal visibility ensuring a high traction resistance and will not get deformed
- yellow anti insect strip with citronella treatment, thanks to their chemical component provide an active protection, while the color gives a visual barrier to the insects which results in passive protection
- low temperature strip for temperatures from +30° to -25° (On request available strips for very temperature of use: +15°C/-50°C), which permits the use in very low temperature environment
The overlap of the strips can be simple or double in relationship to:
- type of environment that you have to divide
- thermal and acoustic insulation necessary
- hygienic and environmental conditions
The hanging system, depending on the type of application and use, can be fixed or sliding, and at the same time, rectilinear or bend version. For special environments INOX AISI 304 hanging beams and hooks can be used.
