Electhrohyraulic ramp

The ramps represent the ideal solution for the loading points where is needful a flow of goods between a truck and an industrial plant.

These structures mainly consist of a self-supporting welded frame prepared for the cast or  fit in the sub frame already present in the flooring.

The ramps can be subdivided in two categories:

• Hinged ramps that have a distinctive element, a  lip hinged to the support platform
• Telescopic ramps that have a distinctive element, a lip of support which can be extended up  to 1000 mm.

The ramps, depending on the type of use can be motorized, manual and yard ramp.

Isothermal loading

The dock shelters, better know as portals for isothermal loading and unloading points, are the ideal solution for the movement of goods between trucks and warehouses with no heat Exchange between inside and out side.

The dock shelters are made of insulated metal frame with galvanized oscillating arms that prevent the braking arising from eventual bumps caused by the approach of vehicles; this structure can be suspended or by floor and made extensible or rotating.

The top and side covers are made of pvc  anti tear fabric, while the front can be made with different composition material to make more effective the insulation and the grip to the vehicle.

The dock shelters  also safeguard the security of the workers in the immediate vicinity of the point load and doesn’t require no maintenance.
