Tunnel / Movable covering

The fixed tunnel and movable tunnel (also known as movable covering or fixed covering) are projected and realized for protecting and for the storage of goods.

They are suitable to cover surfaces of all sizes and offer a range of benefits which have to be taken in consideration when a new covering has to be realized, that is:

• Quick release authorizations necessary for their construction
• They are extremely quick to realize
• They encourage the exploitation and the reorganization of internal and external surfaces otherwise not exploitable
• Cover little and big areas with the minimum encumbrance creating appropriate environments in which to work

The supporting metal structure is made of hot galvanized steel tubolar bars appropriately secured to the ground, while the upper and side covering is realized by a bi-coated fire resistance polyester fabric resistant to tearing and abrasion.

This structure, thanks to its modular design, ensures an optimal precision assembly, a very fast installation and a high mechanical strenght.

The frontal wall can be fixed or retractable (retractable covering) and can be realized with the same cloth of the covering,  with sliding doors or with an automatic rapid door that guarantee a steady flow with the speed required for environments that need to mantain a degree insulation from the outside.

Each model is designed and projected according to the actual rules to withstand snow loads, wind and earthquake; the possible solutions include fixed or retractable coverings with different types of configuration:

• Indipendent tunnel with one or double pitch
• Side tunnel with one pitch Tunnel
• Single or double pitch roof
• Platform roof
